Hola a todos... he pasado unos días maravillosos de regreso en casa, de entrada, porque se me ha dado una bienvenida -como ya es costumbre- con extraordinarias creaciones culinarias propias de acá... como se imaginan, muchas carnes, muchos mariscos -unos camarones enoormes- mucha cerveza y tantas otras delicias...
No es por presumirles, ni porque yo sea oriunda de estos lares, pero Sinaloa es un estado hermoso, ¿ya les conté que 11 ríos bañan su superficie horizontalmente? Además la tierra siempre tiene una gamma de sepias impresionante... Debido a los ríos, la tierra es muy fértil, por ello, los que cultivan, cosechan y exportan al "tomate" merecen llamar a ese vegetal como se les de en gana -tomate- haciendo caso omiso de la nomenclatura del centro del país -sí, atento contra la palabra jitomate-.
Pues andaré por estos lugares unos días más... y les estaré contando más detalles...
Los grandes momentos hasta hoy:
- Cualquier instante en el comedor.
- Las charlas en familia.
- La tarde de ayer bajo la lluvia -sí, nos mojamos todos a manguerazos mientras llovía-.
- ¡¡Cocinamos tamales!! -Créanlo, yo también amarré hojas-
- El cielo de noche, se ven todas las constelaciones del verano, amplia y brillantemente.
- Atardeceres y amaneceres rojizos.
- Está bien, también el calor está rico, acompañado de una buena cerveza...
